Millwork Full Job Description Job Summary:

Our wood flooring, tile, and staircase company is seeking a trustworthy and highly motivated Mill Shop Carpenter. This role involves working in a shop environment producing custom wood components for staircases and flooring projects. Our work focuses on precision craftsmanship, quality materials, and unique custom designs. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with a variety of woodworking tools and equipment.

Responsibilities:

Operate standard woodworking tools and machinery in a mill shop setting Assist in the fabrication of custom staircase and flooring components Read and follow production plans and instructions from the design team Maintain a clean and organized workspace Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines Follow all shop safety procedures

Qualifications:

Prior carpentry or woodworking experience preferred (flooring/stair experience not required) Familiarity with common woodworking tools and shop equipment Ability to work well in a team environment Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of tasks Preferred (Not Required): Experience working on or around CNC machines

No AutoCAD or design experience required—our design team handles all drawings

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Proven trustworthiness and reliability. Ability to lift up to 50lbs
