We are looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter / Hands-On Project Manager to join our construction team! This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can perform quality carpentry and remodeling work while also confidently leading a crew and managing projects from start to finish. What You'll Do Lead and work alongside a construction crew Read and understand blueprints and project plans Delegate tasks and keep the crew on schedule Perform hands-on carpentry and general construction Coordinate materials and daily jobsite activities Ensure quality workmanship and jobsite safety Communicate with customers, subcontractors, inspectors, and management Identify and resolve issues in the field Keep projects organized, on schedule, and completed properly What We're Looking For Experienced carpenter with strong construction knowledge Ability to read blueprints and plans Strong leadership and delegation skills Able to follow directions and communicate clearly Dependable, organized, and takes pride in their work Valid government-issued ID Reliable transportation Own hand and power tools Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Able and willing to be hands-on in the field If you're a skilled carpenter who can lead a team and take ownership of a project, we'd like to hear from you!
