Painting
- spraying, cutting, rolling
- surface preparation and applying finishes
- Interior/exterior work
- work from ladder/2 story construction Carpentry
- power tool experience
- building experience General Maintenance of residential building / AC certification a plus Clean record/screen, transportation, Strong work ethic Tools provided as necessary
- M-F full time Responsible for assisting with general repairs and maintenance as needed, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and collaborating with team members to complete projects to the highest standard.
