Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining structures made of wood, metal, and other materials. Your expertise will contribute to a variety of projects including residential remodels, commercial builds, metal building erection, concrete forming, and restoration work. Must have your own basic tools and have reliable transportation to and from jobs. Duties Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of projects Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures and other tools; perform dimensional measurements for precise cuts and fittings Frame walls, install siding, drywall, stucco, and trim carpentry components with attention to detail Erect metal buildings and metal stud framing structures efficiently and safely Perform concrete forming tasks including rebar installation, concrete finishing, and related masonry work Use hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, assembling, and installing various materials Execute demolition, restoration, remodeling projects, and siding installations while adhering to safety standards Assist in welding tasks when required for structural support or custom fabrication Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials on-site; ensure safety protocols are followed at all times Experience Proven construction site experience with a strong background in carpentry and related trades Skilled in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans accurately Hands-on experience with metal building erection, concrete forming, rebar installation, drywall installation, plastering, stucco application, siding work, and remodeling projects Proficiency in using hand tools such as saws, hammers, chisels; power tools including drills and saws; tape measures; welding equipment as needed Knowledge of heavy lifting techniques and safe material handling practices Familiarity with construction management principles is a plus but not required Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimations confidently Join our team if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to contribute your skills to exciting construction projects.
