Job Description

Framer —
Durastor Structures Location:
Near Wrightsville, GA | Full-Time | Production/Piece Work | 40-45 hrs/week Build something real. Get paid for what you produce. Durastor Structures is a locally owned, growing manufacturer of portable buildings near Wrightsville, GA. We're looking for hardworking, motivated Framers ready to put their hands to work building the bones of every shed we make — floors, walls, and roof systems — using our proven jigs and plans. No two days rained out. No slow season. Just steady, all-indoor, year-round work — and a paycheck that grows with your skill.
The Pay:
Start strong at $18-$20/hour while you train (2-4 weeks). Once you're up to speed, you're on piece-work — meaning your effort sets your paycheck . Skilled framers are pulling in $1,200-$1,500 a week . What You'll Do Follow our jigs, build plans, and work orders to frame sheds to spec. Measure, cut, and assemble lumber for floors, walls, and roof trusses/rafters. Square, align, and secure every component for rock-solid structural integrity. Run saws, nail guns, drills, and hammers like a pro. Take pride in quality — inspect your work, follow safety protocols, keep your space clean. Grind alongside a crew that's got your back to hit daily and weekly production goals. What You Bring A tape measure in your back pocket and the know-how to use it right. Basic construction or framing know-how — or the drive to learn it fast. The stamina to stand, bend, and lift 50-75 lbs all day long. Reliability — you show up, on time, ready to work. A team-first attitude. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. No experience? If you've got mechanical aptitude and hustle, we'll train you. What You Get Paid holidays and PTO after 90 days. 1 week paid vacation after year one, 2 weeks after year two. Real training and real room to grow. A family-oriented shop where hard work is respected and rewarded. Ready to build your future with your hands? Join the Durastor Structures team.
