Qualifications:
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible carpentry experience. Demonstrated knowledge of commercial construction methods, building maintenance, and carpentry repair techniques. Mechanical aptitude and ability to safely operate hand and power tools. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to supervise and train student employees. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.Preferred :
Experience operating heavy equipment, including articulating boom lifts, tractors, and backhoes. Experience with cabinetry, millwork, and custom woodworking. Working knowledge of Google Workspace applications. Experience in institutional, commercial, or higher education facilities maintenance.
