Experienced Carpenter

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Carpenter to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will leverage your extensive construction and carpentry expertise to execute a wide range of projects with precision and professionalism. Your hands-on experience in various construction disciplines will be essential in delivering high-quality results that meet safety standards and client expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from remodeling and restoration to new construction, utilizing your comprehensive skill set to make a tangible impact. Responsibilities Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans. Perform framing, trim carpentry, drywall installation, and finishing tasks with attention to detail. Utilize hand tools and power tools. Install fixtures, cabinetry, doors, siding, roofing, flooring, tile, and stucco while ensuring precise fit and finish. Conduct concrete forming, masonry work, rebar installation, plumbing, electrical wiring, and HVAC integration as needed. Engage in restoration projects including water damage remediation, mold remediation, plastering, caulking, and water damage restoration. Assist in heavy lifting and material handling to ensure safe and efficient project progression. Read and interpret construction plans and schematics accurately to guide project execution. Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects involving metal stud framing, drywall finishing, flooring installation, and fixture mounting. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols at all times. Skills Extensive experience in construction estimating and project planning. Proficiency in various carpentry disciplines including frame carpentry, trim carpentry, cabinet installation, door hanging, siding application, and roofing. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding equipment, and fabrication tools. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematic interpretation for accurate project execution. Experience with concrete forming techniques and masonry work for durable structural elements. Ability to perform plastering, stucco application, metal stud framing, drywall finishing, flooring installation (tile & wood), and tile laying. Familiarity with restoration industry practices such as mold remediation and water damage restoration. Knowledge of plumbing systems, electrical wiring basics, fixture installation (lighting & appliances), and HVAC integration. Capable of heavy lifting safely while maintaining efficiency on demanding construction sites. Experience working within manufacturing or fabrication environments is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs.
