This position works directly under our Lead Superintendent, assisting with the repair and rebuild phase of residential and commercial properties following water, mold, fire, and other property damage.
Pay:
$25-$35 per hour Full-Time |Benefits Available Job Duties:
Assist the Lead Superintendent with day-to-day repair job coordination and execution Drywall hanging, taping, and texture matching Baseboard, trim, and finish carpentry Cabinet installation and repairs General reconstruction and punch-list work Job site cleanup and organization Communicating job progress and needs to theLead Superintendent Requirements:
Previous carpentry or construction experience preferred Willingness to take direction and work as part of a crew under the Lead Superintendent Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Ability to lift materials and work from ladders Professional attitude and strong work ethicBenefits:
