We are looking for an experienced, dependable carpenter to join our team for ongoing construction and remodeling projects on Maui . We are looking for a skilled, well-rounded carpenter who takes pride in quality workmanship, can work independently, and works well with a professional crew.

Pay:

$40-$70/hour DOE Benefits Health insurance Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Full-time, long-term employment Responsibilities Rough and finish carpentry Framing, layout, siding, trim, doors, windows, and cabinetry as needed Reading plans and taking accurate measurements Completing work efficiently and to a high standard Maintaining a clean and safe jobsite Coordinating with supervisors and other trades Qualifications 5+ years of professional carpentry experience preferred Strong rough and/or finish carpentry skills Able to read plans and work independently Dependable, punctual, and professional Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Own basic hand tools Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Full-time, long-term work available on Maui. Compensation is $40-$70 per hour depending on experience, skill level, and ability to work independently.
