Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse residential projects, from framing and trim carpentry to finishing. As a key contributor, you will perform hands-on carpentry tasks, assist with various construction activities, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards. This position is ideal for individuals eager to develop their skills in woodworking, construction techniques, and site operations while contributing to quality craftsmanship. Duties Operate hand tools and power tools for woodworking, framing, trim installation, and general carpentry tasks Assist with the installation of doors, cabinets, fixtures, siding, and other building components in residential settings Perform heavy lifting of materials such as wood, drywall, and other construction materials Set up and utilize woodworking machines for precise cuts and fabrication of custom wood components Support site safety by adhering to power tool safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment Contribute to restoration projects including water damage remediation, stucco application, plastering, masonry work, and mold remediation Assist with framing using wood framing techniques Requirements Skilled in the use of hand tools such as hammers, saws, chisels as well as power tools including drills, saws, sanders for woodworking and framing Knowledge of wood construction materials like lumber, plywood, drywall Physical ability to perform heavy lifting regularly; comfortable working at heights or in confined spaces when necessary Ability to work effectively on-site in various weather conditions while maintaining safety protocols Join our team today! Pay:
$28.00 - $35.00 per hour
