J.B. Robertson Construction, Inc. - Quad Cities Area J.B. Robertson Construction, Inc. is a family-owned commercial construction company serving the Quad Cities and surrounding communities for over 20 years. We're looking for a dependable Commercial Carpenter who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and wants to build a long-term career with a stable, family-owned company. Responsibilities
- Metal stud and wood framing
- Drywall installation
- Acoustical ceiling installation
- Doors, frames, and hardware installation
- Finish carpentry, casework, and trim
- Read and interpret construction drawings
- Maintain a safe and organized job site
- Work with crew members to complete projects on schedule Qualifications
- 1+ years of commercial carpentry experience OR 3+ years of residential carpentry experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform the physical demands of construction work
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check Benefits
