Key Responsibilities Prepare the layout of the project Determine measurements and other proportions Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, plywood, and other materials according to project specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents to complete work accurately Build, install, and repair structures including framing, doors, windows, stairways, base, casing, etc. Operate hand tools, power tools, and any machinery safety and effectively Inspect and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas for safety and functionality Collaborate with foreman and project managers to ensure a timely completion and accuracy of project Follow building codes, safety regulations, and company procedures at all times. What We're Looking For Familiarity with construction tools and equipment. Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and handle physical tasks in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and work ethic. Team player with excellent communication skills.
