Construction Worker/Carpenter

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. No prior construction experience required just strong work ethic. This role involves assisting with the construction, remodeling, and maintenance of residential and commercial properties. The Construction Laborer will work alongside skilled tradespeople to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Duties Assist in the installation of drywall, ensuring proper alignment and securing. Support framing carpentry tasks, including measuring, cutting, and assembling materials. Participate in roof installation and repairs, following safety protocols. Aid in remodeling projects, including demolition and reconstruction as needed. Perform plastering tasks to prepare surfaces for painting or finishing. Engage in construction painting activities, applying paint or finishes to various surfaces. Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly. Follow all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements No prior construction experience required Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively on-site. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks as required by project needs. Valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
