About us Precision Homes and Remodeling we are a general contractor based in Saint Mary's, Iowa. We build custom homes, complete large-scale remodels, and specialize in high-end custom trim work for luxury homes. Our projects are mainly in Warren and Polk county. We're looking for someone who enjoys high-quality craftsmanship—not production work. Job Responsibilities:

Frame walls and assist with residential construction and remodeling projects Install doors, windows, cabinets, and interior finishes Complete custom trim and finish carpentry Build decks and install siding Read tape measures and construction plans Safely operate hand and power tools Maintain a clean and organized job site Work directly with the owner on a variety of custom home and remodeling projects

Qualifications:

2+ years of residential carpentry or construction experience preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail Punctual, dependable, and motivated Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must have a basic set of hand tools and a tool belt
