Lead Carpenter / Working Foreman

Beisker Builders is a custom home builder and commercial contractor serving the Waukon, Decorah, Monona, and surrounding areas. We are growing and looking to add a Lead Carpenter / Working Foreman to our team. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will perform high-quality carpentry work while taking ownership of daily job site execution and leading a small crew. This position requires someone who can operate independently, with leadership available for support as needed. The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, strong attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve effectively on the job. You should have experience supervising others, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and delivering high-quality residential carpentry. A strong work ethic and the ability to lead by example are essential. We offer a flexible, positive, and safety-focused work environment.
