Role:

We're looking for a dependable Finish Carpenter / Remodeler to join our growing construction and renovation team. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants steady, long-term work.

Responsibilities:

Finish carpentry including trim, baseboard, doors, cabinets, and hardware Light to mid-level remodeling tasks Accurate use of hand tools and basic power tools Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Work efficiently and follow project timelines Communicate well with team members and supervisors

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of hands-on carpentry or remodeling experience Proficient with hand tools (tape measure, saws, levels, etc.) Reliable transportation to job sites Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Punctual, dependable, and professional Preferred (but not required): Experience with residential remodels or finish work Basic understanding of construction plans Own basic hand tools
