Job description Austin Lane Construction is looking to add an experienced Journeyman Finish Carpenter to our team. We specialize in high-quality finish carpentry for new residential construction and are looking for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, works efficiently, and can complete projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include:

Install interior doors, baseboard, casing, window trim, and hardware Install stain-grade and paint-grade finish materials Build and install faux beams, mantels, wall caps, shelving, and other custom millwork Read plans, layouts, and project specifications Complete accurate measurements, cuts, miters, and scribing Maintain a clean and organized jobsite Identify and solve field issues as they arise Communicate effectively with foremen, project managers, and other team members Maintain Austin Lane Construction's quality standards

Qualifications:

4+ years of finish carpentry experience preferred Strong knowledge of residential finish carpentry Able to work independently and efficiently Experience with both stain-grade and paint-grade work Must have reliable transportation Must have basic hand tools Strong attention to detail Dependable, organized, and professional Ability to work well as part of a crew What We're Looking For We're looking for a carpenter who wants more than just a job. Pay:

$27.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
