Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Framer and play a vital role in bringing architectural visions to life! As a skilled Framer, you will be responsible for constructing the structural framework of buildings, ensuring precision, safety, and quality at every step. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from new Construction remodeling and restoration, utilizing your expertise in framing, carpentry. Your craftsmanship will help shape durable, safe, and aesthetically pleasing structures that stand the test of time. Duties install framing components according to detailed blueprints and schematics Read and interpret technical drawings, construction plans, and schematics to ensure accurate assembly Measure dimensions precisely using tape measures and other hand tools; perform dimensional measurements for framing accuracy Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to cut, shape, and assemble framing materials Collaborate with project managers, masons, welders, and other trades to ensure seamless workflow on-site Perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols across all construction activities Maintain detailed records of work progress, material usage, and technical inspections for quality assurance Experience Proven experience in general framing projects in a construction environment Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and interpreting technical drawings Skilled in the use of hand tools such as tape measures, levels, hammers, saws, and power tools Familiarity with construction management practices and site safety procedures Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimations accurately Demonstrated ability to work efficiently on construction sites with a focus on quality craftsmanship and safety compliance Join us as a Framer where your expertise will contribute directly to building strong foundations for communities!
