This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a skilled crew, interpret detailed construction plans, and execute precise craftsmanship that transforms blueprints into beautiful, functional spaces. As the site leader, you will be pivotal in ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Your expertise in residential carpentry, trim work, cabinetry, and finishing touches will help elevate our projects and delight our clients. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of carpenters and laborers on-site, ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently. Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to guide project execution. Perform detailed finish carpentry tasks including door hanging, cabinet installation, trim work. Use hand tools and power tools for woodworking and framing to execute precise cuts, assemblies, and installations. Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to power tool safety protocols and promoting best practices for heavy lifting and equipment use. Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines, troubleshoot issues on-site, and ensure compliance with construction plans and specifications. Experience Proven experience as a finish carpenter or in residential carpentry. Hands-on experience with woodworking machines, power tools for woodworking, metal stud framing tools, and other construction equipment. Familiarity with various construction industry standards including power tool safety protocols. Demonstrated ability to lead a team on active job sites while maintaining high safety standards. Pay:
$23.00 - $33.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
