Framer Carpenter

Job Description

Custom home builder seeking responsible employees with reliable transportation and solid work history. Candidates must be able to read plans accurately and understand building codes. This is a skilled position. Willing to consider one who has a desire to learn the trade and grow as a tradesman. Must be able to work well with others as a team and be able to work independently as needed. Work is based around the Moscow/Pullman area. Regular 40 hrs a week with weekly paychecks. Paid holidays. Requirements for the job are a good attitude with co-workers and ability to be respectful with customers even under stressful situations. Must have own hand tools, all other power tools and equipment provided by employer. Must be physically capable as some tasks require safely lifting up to 100 lbs. Must have a valid drivers license. We do work year round inside and out. Pay does depend on experience and skill level. Experience with all phases of residential construction is important. Carpentry is the focus, but all aspects of home building will be performed to some degree. New construction and major remodeling are the main lines of work. Some shop work and custom woodworking/cabinetry will be part of the job.
Pay:
From $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
