Starting at $15/hour, DOE (Dependent on Experience) We are seeking a dependable and motivated Framer to join our construction crew in Rexburg, ID. The ideal candidate has experience in residential and/or light commercial framing and takes pride in quality workmanship. This is a full-time position with consistent work for the right individual. Responsibilities Frame walls, floors, roofs, and structures according to plans and specifications Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and building materials Install sheathing, trusses, and structural components Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment Maintain a clean and safe job site Work efficiently as part of a team to meet project timelines Follow all safety procedures and company standards Qualifications Previous framing or general construction experience preferred (pay based on experience) Knowledge of basic construction methods and materials Ability to use hand and power tools safely Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to work well with others and take direction Valid driver's license required Compensation & Benefits Starting pay at $15/hour, with higher pay for experienced framers Full-time, year-round work Opportunities for pay increases based on performance and skill level Stable, team-oriented work environment
