Experienced Residential Remodeler We are looking for an experienced, well-rounded residential remodeler to help with ongoing renovation projects at properties in the Belleville/St. Louis Metro East area. We need someone with broad remodeling experience who can handle a wide variety of projects, work independently, problem-solve, and produce quality work efficiently.

Work may include:

General remodeling and repair work A broad range of residential remodeling needs as projects Framing and carpentry Window and door installation/hardware Drywall installation and repair Painting Flooring installation Trim and finish carpentry Cabinet and countertop installation Basic electrical work Basic plumbing Deck and exterior work Demolition and prep Other remodeling-related tasks as assigned

Schedule & Work Availability:

Work is dependent on our current project needs. At times, there may be several days or weeks of steady work available , while at other times there may be weeks with little or no work available . A set number of days or hours per week is not guaranteed. When scheduled, a minimum of 8 working hours per day is required.

Pay:

$200-$325 per day , based on experience, skill set, and ability to work independently. Applicants must have reliable transportation and their own tools.
