In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining structures and fixtures with precision and craftsmanship. Your expertise will contribute to a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial builds, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency at every stage. Duties Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of projects. Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures, rulers, and other tools to meet specifications. Cut, shape, assemble, and install wood, metal, drywall, siding, trim, framing components, and other building materials using hand tools and power tools. Perform metal building erection, metal stud framing, and rebar installation for concrete reinforcement. Execute concrete forming, finishing, plastering, stucco application, and restoration work with attention to detail. Install roofing systems and siding materials while adhering to safety standards. Manage construction site tasks such as heavy lifting, scaffolding setup, material handling, and site cleanup to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to interpret construction plans and ensure project timelines are met. Assist with remodeling projects by performing carpentry tasks related to interior finishes and structural modifications. Experience Proven construction site experience with a strong background in carpentry work across residential and commercial projects. Demonstrated proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings or schematics. Skilled in the use of hand tools (hammers, chisels), power tools (drills, saws), and measuring devices (tape measures). Experience with metal building erection, concrete forming & finishing, masonry work, roofing systems, siding installation, and framing is highly desirable. Knowledge of construction management practices is a plus for coordinating tasks efficiently on-site. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to safety protocols.
