Carpenter Compensation & Benefits Pay:

$45,000 - $75,000 per year (depending on experience).

We are seeking experienced Carpenters to join our crew. We are looking for candidates who are reliable to show up 5 days a week, take pride in their craftsmanship, and are ready to apply their skills to high-quality projects. Responsibilities You will perform essential carpentry and construction tasks to build, install, and repair structures.

Duties typically include:

Framing & Structural:

Constructing, installing, and repairing wooden structures and frameworks.

Exterior Work:

Accurately measuring, cutting, and installing siding, windows, and exterior doors according to specifications.

Interior Finishing:

Installing interior doors, trim, molding, and other finish woodwork with precision and attention to detail.

Blueprint Reading:

Following plans, instructions, and blueprints to ensure accurate installations.

Safety & Site Maintenance:

Following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean, secure work area.

Requirements Experience:

3 or more years of proven construction/carpentry experience is required.

Reliability:

Must be reliable to show up 5 days a week and be ready to work.

Driving Record:

A valid driver's license and a good driving record are required.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors. Must be prepared for cold weather and be comfortable working at heights up to 2 stories.

Pay:

$45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
