Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various construction and carpentry tasks, demonstrating proficiency in residential projects. This role requires hands-on experience, a commitment to quality workmanship, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Duties Execute trim and frame carpentry tasks with precision. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various construction projects. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans. Ceramic/porcelain tile installation. Laminate floor installation. Conduct siding and cabinet installation with attention to detail. Painting ceiling walls and trim skills Scaffolding setup and use Problem solving and time management Collaborate with team members and adhering to safety protocols. Perform heavy lifting as necessary during construction activities. Qualifications Proven experience in the construction industry with a focus on carpentry and restoration. Familiarity with woodworking techniques and practices. Strong understanding of construction site safety regulations. Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks. Previous maintenance person experience is preferred but not mandatory. Experience with assembly processes related to construction fixtures is beneficial. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
