Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of carpentry tasks, including framing, trim work, and finishing, to bring construction projects to life. Your expertise will contribute to building durable structures, restoring existing facilities, and ensuring high-quality craftsmanship across diverse projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects that require precision, creativity, and a strong work ethic. Duties Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project requirements Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood, metal, and other materials using hand tools and power tools with precision. General framing, Install siding, roofing components, trim carpentry elements, and perform remodeling/ framing tasks to enhance building aesthetics Requirements Proven experience in construction or carpentry with a strong background in construction site environments Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings or schematics Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and performing dimensional measurements accurately Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks throughout the workday Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for precise craftsmanship Familiarity with construction management practices and adherence to safety standards on-site Valid experience in working with construction plans for framing, interior and exterior trim and remodeling projects Join our team to build exceptional homes and renovations projects while advancing your skills in a fast-paced environment that values craftsmanship and safety.
