• 28/hour, depending on experience MoBA Construction is a small residential remodeling company specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home renovations and custom interior work.

We're looking for someone with basic construction experience who wants to continue developing their skills and grow with our company. This is a long-term growth opportunity for someone who wants to build skills, take on more responsibility, and eventually lead portions of projects. Responsibilities Assist with framing, trim, flooring, drywall, tile and general remodeling work Jobsite setup, protection and daily cleanup Stage and organize tools and materials Demolition and general labor as needed Material pickups and deliveries Work alongside our lead carpenter and subcontractors Take on more independent work as skills develop What We're Looking For Some previous construction or jobsite experience Basic carpentry and tool skills Experience with framing, trim, flooring, tile, drywall or similar trades is a plus Reliable and punctual Hardworking and willing to learn Organized and detail-oriented Professional appearance and demeanor Comfortable communicating around clients MUST have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation We're looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and gradually take on more responsibility as their skills develop.

Pay:

$20
