Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead to spearhead our construction and remodeling projects, ensuring top-quality craftsmanship and efficient project execution. Duties Lead and supervise construction crews in diverse projects including framing, trim carpentry, siding, roofing, drywall installation, and restoration work. Perform hands-on work using hand tools, power tools. Oversee site safety protocols, heavy lifting procedures, and proper use of equipment to maintain a secure work environment. Manage project timelines by coordinating material procurement. Conduct quality control inspections on completed work such as drywall finishing, plastering, caulking, and electrical or plumbing installations Skills Experience in construction estimating with a strong understanding of cost analysis and resource allocation. Proficiency in carpentry disciplines including trim carpentry and framing. Skilled in the use of hand tools (hammers, saws), power tools (drills, saws) Knowledge of blueprint reading is a plus.
