Pay:

$20.00

•$22.00 per hour

Shift:

1st shift

•7:00am

•4:00pm, end time may vary may, employee may need to work longer hours

Job Summary:

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install wood and other building materials Construct and repair frameworks, walls, floors, roofs, doors, windows, cabinets, and furniture Install fixtures, trim, and finishing materials Inspect structures and identify repair or maintenance needs Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment safely Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards Collaborate with supervisors, contractors, and other tradespeople to complete projects on time Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Proven experience as a carpenter Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints Good mathematical and measuring skills Physical strength, stamina, and manual dexterity Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of workplace safety practices Apply here or in person at: Work Now Staffing 2043 Lincoln Highway St. Charles, IL 60174 630-549-7376 Employees may enroll in an optional medical and supplemental benefits program through our insurance provider.
