The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in architectural millwork or cabinetry and thrives in a team environment where quality and precision matter. Proficiency with shop machinery, tools, and equipment; ability to assist with shop maintenance and organization Strong understanding of cabinet manufacturing methods, materials, and hardware Experience laminating plastic laminate and wood veneers Ability to read and interpret detailed shop drawings and translate them into finished work Skill in estimating time required for assembly and production from shop drawings Detail-oriented with a commitment to meeting quality standards and deadlines Willingness to work overtime or occasional weekends as project schedules require Dependable, collaborative, and able to work effectively as part of a team Familiarity with safe material handling and storage techniques
