Job Description

What You'll Do As a Lead Carpenter , you'll take ownership of residential remodeling projects from start to finish, bringing plans to life with precision and care. Execute high-quality carpentry work including demo, framing, cabinetry, trim, doors and window installation, and finish work Lead on-site construction and keep projects running smoothly and efficiently Interpret blueprints and ensure builds are accurate to plan Collaborate with the Project Manager to stay on schedule and on budget Anticipate challenges, solve problems, and communicate material needs early Deliver a professional, positive client experience Ensure all work meets company standards and local building codes What You Bring 5+ years of residential remodeling or carpentry experience Strong skills in framing, finish carpentry, and general construction Experience leading crews and managing job sites Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications Experience in full home remodels, kitchens, and bathrooms Ability to perform light plumbing and electrical work Basic understanding of project scheduling and budgeting Why You'll Love Working Here Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend work Opportunity to work on high-quality residential remodeling projects Team-oriented environment focused on craftsmanship and professionalism Health insurance and retirement benefits Paid time off, company holidays, floating holidays, and a birthday holiday Gas stipend or company vehicle provided Compensation Competitive hourly wage based on experience Full benefits package included About Worthington Design & Remodeling Worthington Design & Remodeling is a premier residential remodeling firm specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, basements, full-home renovations, and additions.
