This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from framing and drywall installation to trim work and cabinetry. We are seeking motivated individuals who thrive in hands-on environments, possess a keen eye for detail, and are eager to contribute to high-quality craftsmanship. Whether you're experienced in woodworking or looking to expand your skills in construction, this position provides a platform for growth, teamwork, and making a tangible impact on our clients' spaces. All roles are paid positions, emphasizing the value we place on your skills and dedication. Duties Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure precise execution of projects Use hand tools and power tools for woodworking, framing, trim carpentry, cabinetry, and fixture installation Perform heavy lifting of construction materials such as wood, drywall, masonry components, and metal studs safely and efficiently Install drywall, stucco finishes, caulking, rebar reinforcement, and other building materials following safety standards Operate woodworking machines for cutting, shaping, and assembling wood components with accuracy Assist with restoration projects including mold remediation and masonry work to restore or enhance existing structures Support site safety by adhering to power tool safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment Qualifications Proven experience in construction or carpentry with knowledge of residential carpentry techniques Ability to read construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings accurately Skilled in using hand tools such as saws, hammers, chisels as well as power tools including drills, saws, sanders for woodworking and framing tasks Familiarity with woodworking machines and metal stud framing methods Experience with drywall installation, caulking, stucco application, fixture installation, and cabinet mounting preferred Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or confined spaces safely Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to develop your skills across various aspects of construction!
