We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, pays attention to detail, and can perform finish carpentry to the standards expected in a professionally built new home. Responsibilities Install interior doors, baseboards, casing, crown molding, and other interior trim Install shelving, hardware, and other finish carpentry items Complete detailed trim and finish work in new-construction homes Read measurements and make accurate cuts Identify and correct minor finish issues as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Properly care for tools, equipment, and materials Work efficiently with other members of our construction team Help keep projects moving according to the construction schedule Qualifications Previous trim or finish carpentry experience preferred Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to accurately measure, cut, and install finish materials Dependable transportation Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to safely use common carpentry tools and equipment Compensation is based on experience and skill level.
