Job Description

Modular Builders is actively seeking individuals to join our framing team.
Position Objective:
The Framer - Walls is responsible for constructing and installing wall framing systems for modular structures. This role ensures walls are properly aligned, structurally sound, and built in accordance with blueprints, building codes, and project specifications.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Measure, cut, and assemble wall studs, plates, and headers Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and construction drawings Layout wall sections, including door and window openings Erect and secure wall frames, ensuring proper alignment and bracing Install sheathing and other structural components as required Inspect framing work for accuracy, quality, and code compliance Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Other duties as assigned This position is also expected to: Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times Be very detail oriented and well organized
Qualifications and Educational Requirements:
Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience Previous experience in construction
Job Requirements:
This position requires significant physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and climbing throughout the workday. The role involves lifting and positioning heavy materials, working at heights or on uneven surfaces, and using hand and power tools. Exposure to outdoor elements, noise, and dust is common, and strong stamina, balance, and coordination are essential.

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
