We pride ourselves on exceptional quality, and we are looking for a dedicated leader to join our team.
Job Description:
We are seeking a Project Manager / Master Craftsman Carpenter who possesses deep, hands-on knowledge of every aspect of the construction process. This is a position for a seasoned industry veteran who can not only execute high-level carpentry but also effectively lead a crew, organize jobsites, and seamlessly coordinate subcontractors.
Carpenter Key Responsibilities:
On-Site Leadership:
Lead and manage field crews, foster a productive work environment, and maintain strict jobsite organization.
Subcontractor Coordination:
Serve as the main point of contact for subcontractors, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Hands-On Craftsmanship:
Execute and oversee tasks across multiple trades, including framing, siding, windows, doors, trim, flooring, tile, drywall, and painting.
Blueprint Reading:
Accurately interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute project plans flawlessly.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of hands-on construction and carpentry experience.
License:
Must possess a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Physical Demands:
Must be capable of performing rigorous physical labor, heavy lifting, and stamina-driven tasks inherent to construction environments.

Compensation & Benefits:
Job Type:
Full-time (40 hours per week).
Overtime:
Paid at time-and-a-half for hours worked beyond 40.
Paid Time Off:
1 week of paid vacation per year. Earned after 1 year of employment.
Paid Holidays:
Eligible after 90 days of employment.
Company Vehicle:
Take-home company van provided, including a gas allowance.
