Salary Range:

$25.00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience Mon-Fri Schedule Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on Training Requirements Five years of hands-on experience in finish carpentry or structural repair. Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel to job sites. Own set of professional-grade hand and power tools. Understanding of building codes and safety regulations in Indiana. Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings. Prior experience in restoration projects involving fire or water damage is highly beneficial. Responsibilities Lead on-site teams through various restoration projects, ensuring every detail meets our high standards. Coordinate with project managers to keep timelines on track and materials stocked. Perform high-quality finish work, structural framing, and trim installation. Mentor junior team members by sharing technical skills and best practices on the job. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for all clients and staff. Communicate project progress clearly and professionally to homeowners, providing peace of mind throughout the restoration process.
