Job Description
Finish Trim Carpenter $20-$30 per hour | Based on Experience Heritage Builders is a respected residential general contractor based in Manhattan, Kansas. We are looking for a skilled Finish Trim Carpenter who takes pride in precision craftsmanship and creating beautiful, custom homes. If you enjoy the details that transform a house into a home, we'd love to have you join our team. What You'll Do As a Finish Trim Carpenter, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality finish work on custom residential homes. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Installing doors, windows, and interior trim Installing case and base trim, crown molding, and other decorative millwork Building and installing custom cabinetry and built-ins Installing cabinets, vanities, and other finish carpentry features Tile installation, including backsplashes and flooring Flooring installation (LVP, hardwood, laminate, and other finish flooring) Reading plans and ensuring all finish work meets Heritage Builders' quality standards Working closely with the project foreman and other team members to complete projects on schedule What We're Looking For 3+ years of finish carpentry experience preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Experience with cabinet making and installation Knowledge of finish carpentry techniques, trim installation, tile, and flooring Ability to accurately measure, cut, and install finish materials Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team Professional attitude with strong communication skills Ability to follow plans, directions, and project schedules What We Offer Competitive pay: $20-$30/hour (based on experience) Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Life Insurance Medical and Dependent Care Reimbursement Cafeteria Plans Opportunities for growth within a company that values quality craftsmanship and teamwork Apply Today If you're passionate about building exceptional homes and take pride in every detail, we'd love to hear from you.
