Job Description

Window and Door Installer Lead In this role you'll be exclusively installing Pella windows and doors in a variety of settings from residential to co mercial. We offer a premium product and aim to deliver a premium experience for our customers. Every project will offer variety, as you may be leaning on trim carpentry skills one day and standing in a boom lift on a commercial site the next. To be successful in this role, you must be able to think outside the box and react quickly to keep projects moving on schedule. Responsibilities Install windows and doors in a residential and residential-style commercial environment Complete jobs onsite to Pella installation guidelines and customer satisfaction Manage an install crew onsite to ensure all codes, safety requirements, and quality concerns are met Manage time and materials to stay on schedule Communicate effectively with internal and external customer to keep everyone on the same page Minimum Qualifications High School/GED 2-3 years residential construction and/or remodeling experience Clean driving record Basic construction related math skills Basic Computer Skills Preferred Qualifications 5+ years construction experience Crew lead or supervisory experience in construction GC License holder OSHA certified Finish carpentry experience
SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES
This job does have supervisory responsibilities including the supervision, coaching, and development of crew members.
