With a strong track record of delivering high-quality work on schedule, we are expanding our leadership team to support continued growth. We are seeking a motivated and skilled Carpenters/Laborers to join our growing team! Duties Assist in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution. Operate hand tools, power tools for woodworking and concrete Conduct heavy lifting tasks involving wood/concrete construction materials, rebar installation, concrete forming, masonry work, and plastering as needed. Follow construction safety protocols diligently—especially power tool safety—and ensure all work complies with safety standards. Qualifications Prior construction experience is a plus. Proven ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately. Experience working with hand tools, power tools for woodworking, woodworking machines, and other equipment. Knowledge of residential carpentry including framing, trim carpentry, cabinet installation, door hanging, and flooring installation. Demonstrated experience in various construction trades such as masonry, roofing, siding installation, electrical work or plumbing is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on active job sites while maintaining attention to detail. Strong understanding of construction plans and schematics. Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow instructions clearly; prior handyman or remodeling experience is beneficial.
