Responsibilities Construct forms Set out for excavations Cutting and fixing items Assisting laborers and other duties as directed by the site superintendent/foreman Skills in drywall, acoustical ceilings, and tiling preferred Strictly adhere to company safety policy Desired Skills & Qualifications Must possess a high level of skill in relation to all carpenter duties Must be able to display and perform carpenter duties in a consistent, quality manner Must be dependable and reliable Reports to foreman, project coordinator, or superintendent as available Task-oriented, not directly concerned with the management of any project 5 years or more experience as a carpenter Be physically fit enough to occasionally lift heavy items, climb access equipment Have a good working knowledge of tools and their safe use Be able to communicate with other staff on site and alert them to any issues Capable of understanding plans and specifications Have good working knowledge of OSHA regulations Valid driver's license Competency with skid steer, forklift and scissor lift preferred
