Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking an accomplished and highly driven Senior Wealth Advisor to serve as a key contributor to the firm's continued growth and long-term strategic vision. This individual will operate as a senior-level advisor and primary business driver, responsible for acquiring and advising high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients while helping shape the firm's future. This role is best suited for a seasoned, entrepreneurial advisor who excels in a consultative, relationship-first environment and is motivated by the opportunity to build, lead, and ultimately participate in a long-term succession or ownership pathway. The Senior Wealth Advisor will cultivate relationships with C-suite executives, physicians, attorneys, business owners, and other affluent individuals, delivering sophisticated, planning-driven wealth management solutions. This individual will also play a visible role in representing the firm in the marketplace and contributing to its overall growth strategy. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Strategic Growth Serve as a senior rainmaker, with clear accountability for driving new client acquisition and asset growth. Develop and execute a targeted growth strategy focused on HNW and UHNW individuals, families, and business owners. Establish and deepen relationships with centers of influence (CPAs, estate attorneys, private bankers, and other strategic partners). Partner with firm leadership to enhance brand presence, market positioning, and growth initiatives. Represent the firm at networking events, client functions, and industry engagements. Client Advisory & Relationship Leadership Act as the Lead Advisor for client relationships, delivering comprehensive and highly customized wealth management solutions. Provide advanced guidance across investment management, financial planning, tax-efficient strategies, estate planning coordination, and business succession. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients with complex financial needs, ensuring a high-touch, white-glove client experience. Drive ongoing client engagement through proactive communication, strategic reviews, and long-term planning. Leadership & Firm Contribution Operate with an ownership mindset, contributing to firm strategy, growth initiatives, and cultural leadership. Collaborate cross-functionally with investment, planning, and client service teams to deliver an exceptional client experience. Mentor and support the development of junior advisors and team members. Play a meaningful role in long-term succession planning and potential equity participation, based on performance and alignment. Ideal Candidate Profile Established, entrepreneurial advisor with a strong business development track record. Demonstrated credibility and presence when working with affluent and high-profile clients. Proven ability to build, convert, and retain long-term client relationships. Strategic thinker who thrives in a consultative, planning-led environment. Motivated by long-term impact, leadership, and the opportunity to help scale a growing firm. Qualifications Active securities licenses (Series 7 & 66, or Series 65); CFP® designation strongly preferred . 5-10+ years of experience in wealth management, private wealth, or a family office environment. Demonstrated success in asset gathering, client acquisition, and revenue growth. Experience advising

clients, executives, professionals, and business owners. Deep understanding of investment management, financial planning, and tax-aware wealth strategies.Compensation & Growth Opportunity Base Salary:
$150,000 - $180,000, commensurate with experience and production historyIncentive Compensation:
