Our trade partners build the big scopes; your work is what the client sees when the job is done: trim, doors, cabinets, punch lists, warranty fixes, and service calls for our commercial accounts. You get an address and a scope, and the job comes back done, photographed, and billed to the right code. New builds, remodels, and commercial, all over Wichita.
Responsibilities:
Trim and finish carpentry, door and hardware installs, drywall patch and paint, tile repair, fixture swaps Close punch lists on remodels, new builds, and tenant improvements Service calls for our commercial accounts Install cabinets and millwork from our own Wichita shop Warranty visits: diagnose, fix or schedule the fix, document
Qualifications:
Carpentry is your trade: trim, doors, hardware, cabinets. Competent at the drywall patch, paint, caulk, and basic tile that finish work touches, and honest about what needs a licensed trade Works alone off a scope; photos uploaded, time coded daily Courteous and presentable in occupied homes and open businesses Valid driver's license, clean record, own hand tools; able to lift 75 lbs Pay and benefits: $24 to $30 per hour depending on skill, plus a $150/month quality bonus for zero-callback months $400/month tax-free health allowance 22 paid days off in year one (10 PTO, 5 sick, 7 holidays) $45/month phone stipend; mileage at the IRS rate; company van planned as the role matures Retirement match planned for year two Questions?
