In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and finishing interior and exterior trim components in residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life by ensuring precise craftsmanship and attention to detail. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing your carpentry skills to create beautiful, functional spaces that meet high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute trim installations. Measure, cut, assemble, and install various trim elements such as baseboards, crown molding, door casings, window trims, and custom woodwork. Install cabinetry and cabinetry components. Assist with cabinetry assembly as needed. Operate hand tools and power tools for woodworking safely and efficiently, including saws, planers, jointers, drills, sanders, and nail guns. Sand and prepare surfaces for painting or staining. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all safety protocols related to power tool use and construction site safety. Skills Proven experience in high end residential trim carpentry with a focus on trim installation and finishing work. Proficiency with hand tools such as chisels, hammers, screwdrivers, levels; and power tools including saws, drills, sanders for woodworking tasks. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during installation processes. Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety standards including power tool safety protocols. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret schematics and technical instructions accurately.
