Responsibilities Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. Perform heavy lifting as required for various construction tasks. Execute trim carpentry work, including the installation of moldings, baseboards, and cabinetry. Fabricate custom pieces as per project specifications. Engage in concrete forming for foundations and other structural elements. Assist in remodeling projects by providing expert advice on design and material selection. Conduct flooring installation with precision to ensure a flawless finish. Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following all safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience as a Carpenter with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency in construction painting techniques is a plus. Familiarity with construction estimating to assist in project planning. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor for extended periods. Knowledge of plastering techniques is beneficial. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment. Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
