Following:
General Commercial Form Carpentry Building Concrete Forms Concrete pouring and some Finishing General ability to read plans/blueprints, utilize appropriate math skills and perform layout of expansion and control joints Shoot grade Ability to organize, sequence and perform assigned tasks within schedule Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Installs foundations, walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs using materials such as: wood, steel, metal, concrete, plastics, and composites of multiple materials. Studies specifications in blueprints, sketches, or building plans to prepare project layout and determine dimensions and materials required shapes or cuts materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws Follows established safety rules and regulations and maintaining a safe and clean environment Assembles and fastens materials to make Concrete Forms, using hand tools and wood screws, nails etc. Removes damaged or defective parts or sections of structures and repair or replace, using hand tools familiarity with proper hand tools to perform broom and slick finish on freshly poured concrete. Must also Be Willing to work in Bowling Green area. Be open to periodic regional travel. Be able to pass a drug screen and FBI national background check Have general carpentry and finishing tools Have reliable transportation up to 90 miles one way Have a strong work ethic.
