E East & Westbrook Construction is seeking experienced Carpenters with a strong background in concrete construction . This position is ideal for individuals who have hands-on experience building and setting concrete forms, placing concrete, and performing layout and finish work on commercial and industrial construction projects. What You'll Do Build, set, brace, and strip concrete forms for footings, foundations, walls, columns, and slabs. Measure, cut, and install wood and metal forming systems. Read blueprints and perform layout work according to project specifications. Assist with concrete placement, finishing, and curing operations. Install embeds, anchor bolts, and reinforcing materials as required. Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Maintain quality standards while meeting production schedules. Follow all company and jobsite safety requirements. What We're Looking For 3+ years of carpentry experience, with a strong emphasis on concrete formwork. Experience with footings, foundations, walls, elevated slabs, and other concrete structures. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. Knowledge of concrete forming systems, layout, and construction methods. Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding work. Reliable transportation and regular attendance.
