Form Carpenter (Traveling) East & Westbrook Construction is seeking experienced Form Carpenters who are willing to travel and work on long-term, out-of-town construction projects. Many of our projects require overnight stays during the workweek, and employees receive per diem when eligible. What You'll Do Build and install concrete formwork systems for foundations, walls, columns, slabs, and elevated decks. Read and interpret construction drawings and layout information. Install and remove forms, bracing, embeds, block-outs, anchors, and shoring systems. Assist with concrete placement, finishing preparation, and site cleanup. Work safely around heavy equipment, cranes, and active construction sites. Maintain quality workmanship while meeting project schedules. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. What We're Looking For 2+ years of carpentry, form carpentry, or concrete construction experience. Experience with concrete form systems, layout, and structural concrete work preferred. Ability to read tape measures, plans, and construction drawings. Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift, carry, and move construction materials and tools. Willingness to travel and work overnight on long-term projects. Travel & Schedule Long-term projects away from home.
