This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from framing and trim carpentry to restoration and remodeling. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for executing carpentry tasks with precision, supporting construction activities, and ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This position is ideal for individuals eager to develop their skills across multiple trades within the construction industry while contributing to meaningful building projects. Responsibilities Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood, drywall, siding, flooring, and other materials using hand tools and power tools. Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans. Perform framing tasks including metal stud framing, concrete forming, and rebar installation. Assist with roofing, siding, stucco application, and fixture installation to enhance building structures. Support restoration projects such as water damage remediation, mold remediation, and general property restoration. Conduct heavy lifting and material handling safely on construction sites while adhering to safety protocols. Assist with plumbing, electrical work, masonry, tile laying, and other specialized trades as needed. Requirements Proven experience in construction site work with familiarity in construction estimating and blueprint reading. Proficiency with hand tools (saws, hammers, chisels), power tools (drills, saws), and fabrication equipment. Knowledge of various carpentry disciplines including trim carpentry, frame carpentry, cabinetry installation, door hanging, and drywall finishing. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks throughout the workday. Experience with schematics for fixture installation or electrical systems is a plus. Strong understanding of safety procedures on construction sites; OSHA certification is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
