Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects, utilizing your carpentry expertise and hands-on skills. As a key contributor, you will assist in building, remodeling, and restoring structures with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a collaborative environment that values safety, craftsmanship, and quality workmanship. Responsibilities Interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project requirements Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood and other building materials using hand tools and power tools for woodworking Perform framing, siding, door hanging, cabinet installation, trim carpentry, flooring installation, tile laying, and masonry work as needed Operate woodworking machines safely to produce precise cuts and components for various projects Assist with rebar installation, plastering, stucco application, caulking, water damage restoration, mold remediation, and other restoration industry tasks Handle heavy lifting safely while maintaining adherence to power tool safety standards Support project teams by interpreting construction plans and ensuring all work aligns with specifications and safety protocols Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on residential carpentry or remodeling projects Skilled in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings or schematics Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools for woodworking, woodworking machines, metal stud framing, fixture installation, and door hanging Familiarity with construction estimating processes and working on construction sites with safety awareness Knowledge of wood construction materials including siding, flooring materials, drywall (plastering), stucco, masonry components, and metal studs Experience in restoration projects such as water damage repair or mold remediation is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various working environments Join us to build quality structures while advancing your skills in a fast-paced environment that values craftsmanship and teamwork. Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
