The ideal candidate takes pride in quality work, works well with a team, and is comfortable helping wherever needed on the jobsite. Responsibilities Perform general carpentry, including framing, measuring, cutting, and installing materials. Assist with metal building erections and precast platform work. Read and follow plans, measurements, and supervisor instructions. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment appropriate to training. Help with site preparation, material handling, repairs, and cleanup. Learn new skills and assist with other construction tasks as needed. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Communicate with the crew and supervisor to complete work efficiently and accurately. Qualifications Previous carpentry experience required. Ability to take accurate measurements and use common construction tools. Dependable attendance, reliable transportation to assigned jobsites, and a strong work ethic. Willingness to take direction, learn new tasks, and work as part of a team. Ability to perform essential job duties, including working outdoors, using ladders, working at heights with appropriate safety equipment, and handling construction materials, with or without reasonable accommodation.
